About our Pool Memberships
Our Pool Members are equipped with a Key FOB that will grant them into the Lemonade Collective facility and the Lemonade Collective Pool. As a Pool member you are able to book a half hour or hour time slot daily into the Pool. Bookings can be completed on our app, online, and/or via phone/email/in-person (learn more below).

APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
The Lemonade Collective Pool operates by appointment. With online bookings we’re finding a balance between providing the safest environment possible while also providing a sweet experience for our Members.

About Our Appointment System
Members for the Pool are able to book an appointment outside the Lemonade Collective Reception Desk Hours, during the outlined Pool Hours (click here to view).
Members are equipped with a Key FOB to allow them access to the building outside Reception Desk Hours and into the Pool.
Members are permitted to book into pre-scheduled 30 minute or 1-hour time-slots in the Pool, up to 10-days in advance or 2 hours prior to their desired appointment time.
Bookings can be completed via the Mindbody App, through our website or through the members Mindbody Profile. Click here to learn more.
Members can also call or email our front desk (during reception hours) to make a booking and/or to see if the Activity room is available for a walk in appointment.
To ensure everyone has a chance to work out, Members are permitted to book only ONE (1) time block (per activity room) per day however, they are welcome to call the day of (within the hour before their desired booking time) to book another booking. If availability permits a member can do this as many times as they like, on the same day.
Members who don’t show up for their scheduled booking time more than twice in a 2-week period will be unable to pre-book for 7 days. These Members will be permitted to call to book a walk-in appointment, if space is available.
Members who have not shown up for their booking time after 15 minutes may have their booking given away to other members on the wait-list.
