Yes, LC offers tailored memberships. You can choose the membership type (Gym, Pool, and/or Squash) as well as your desired term commitment.

You have the flexibility to initiate your membership on any day of the month without losing any days. Your monthly cycle will commence on the day you join.

Appointments are required for access to the Gym, Squash Court and Pool, ensuring you have dedicated space to pursue your fitness objectives.

Members Guest Passes are available to members by request. Approval is based on availability that day.

Members are provided with a Key FOB, which grants them access to the facility for extended workout hours, beyond the standard Reception hours.

You do not require a membership to attend a class.

Yes, access to the dry-sauna is included in all memberships.

Any cancellation notice for any membership, appointment and/or class(es) must be given to a front desk staff member. Once a cancellation is made the staff member will submit the request into the system and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Your cancellation is not considered accepted until you have received this email. If you have not received this confirmation email within 10 minutes, please contact Lemonade Collective to ensure the request went through.
Monthly Membership Cancellations
Monthly membership will automatically renew for another month unless the member cancels the membership within 5 business days of expiry.
Annual Membership Cancellations
Upon expiry of an Annual Membership, it will automatically renew for successive one-year terms at the then-current rate for that Annual Membership type.
Guests can opt out of this automatic renewal up to 10 business days before the expiry date.
Any cancellation of an Annual Membership after an auto renewal, shall result in the participants paying to Lemonade Collective the difference between the monthly rate for an Annual Membership and a Monthly Membership multiplied by the total number of months, in which the participant had their membership before it was cancelled.

No, lululemon products in our store have no mark-ups. We also offer price matching to the lululemon website!

No membership is required to shop with us. Everyone is welcome!

We bring in new products weekly. If you’re looking for something specific that we don’t currently have, let one of our Guest Happiness Concierges know. If possible, we’ll order it in for you!

We carry Harrow and Dunlop for our squash players, and Speedo for our swimmers.

We typically stock women's sizes 4-12, but we have access to sizes 0-20 in most core products. If we don’t have the size you're looking for, let us know and we’ll be happy to order it in for you.
Facility FAQs

The Lemonade Collective Gym is unsupervised. Guests must be a minimum of 16 years to use the Gym. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or agent 18 years or older.

While we encourage members to make appointments to ensure a spot and avoid wait times, you can still come without one. Please note that without an appointment, you risk the activity room being at capacity, which may require you to wait or forfeit your workout. To guarantee your preferred time and avoid any inconvenience, we recommend booking in advance.

You can book the Gym and Pool for either 30 or 60 minutes. If you wish to extend your time, please request an extension at the front desk upon arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The squash court is available in 40-minute increments. If there are no subsequent bookings, we’re happy to extend your time.

Yes, we offer towel service for a fee of $1.

Yes, there are lockers located outside the pool and gym. Please note that locks are not provided; you can bring your own lock or purchase one from the front desk for $10 (if available). For safety reasons, belongings are not permitted on the pool deck or in the gym.

The pool temperature is set to 86 degrees.

Yes, there is free parking in the parking lot and on the street across from Lemonade Collective.

Unfortunately, there are no stairs into the pool. We only have ladders available for entry and exit. We hope to have stairs in the future!

At Lemonade Collective, all showers have a step, and while grab bars are provided, you cannot wheel into the showers. There is a stall designed to accommodate a walker, but it may not fit a wheelchair. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist you as best as possible.

Yes, getting into Lemonade Collective is accessible. The Gym, Pool, and Squash Court are all located on the main floor, while the Fitness Studio is upstairs. For details on washroom accessibility, please see the information above.

You can easily book a Gym, Squash, or Pool session in several ways:
In Person: Visit our front desk to make a reservation.
Website: Book your session directly through our website.
Mindbody Profile: Use your Mindbody account to schedule your appointment.
App: Download the Mindbody Fitness App and book your sessions on the fly from your mobile device.
Phone or Email: Call 226-665-0190 or email hello@lemonadecollective.ca our front desk team for assistance with your booking.

Fitness appointments can be booked as follows:
Gym/Fitness Studio/Pool: Choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
Squash Court: Book a 40-minute game.
If no one is scheduled after your booking, our front desk Happiness Concierge team would be happy to extend your session, provided it’s not the last time slot of the day. Enjoy your workout or game!

You can use the Mindbody Fitness App to easily book appointments and sign up for classes. Download the app to manage your schedule with just a few taps!

There are no penalties for canceling appointments; however, we highly encourage you to cancel in advance to free up space for other members. If a member frequently cancels during high-traffic times, we may ask them to stop making appointments and instead call the front desk when they'd like to come in. This helps us ensure fair access for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, as a Gym Member, you can book time in both the Gym and the Fitness Studio. You’re welcome to reserve up to an hour in each room.
