JOE

Personal Trainer

I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for many years, during which time I've trained for a wide variety of activities, including powerlifting, running, and sports conditioning.

I've competed in various running events and squash tournaments. I firmly believe that fitness training is one of the most holistic ways to achieve a healthy and happy life. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to learning and expanding my knowledge of the subject. I am a
certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and am currently in my final year of
pursuing a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.

Squash Instructor/League Master

Originally from the UK, I discovered squash about 5 years ago shortly after arriving in Canada when I landed a job at a gym with courts. I was immediately intrigued by the game, and I spent many hours before and after work improving my skills. I find the dual focus of enhancing both the fitness aspect and technicality of squash incredibly rewarding. I've actively participated
in various tournaments within Ontario and enjoy following PSA squash in my spare time. I'm thrilled at the prospect of helping others learn and improve their squash game.
