Lindsay is a Canfit Pro certified Fitness Instructor Specialist. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys teaching Spin, Step, Bootcamp, Aquafit and Strength Conditioning classes. She is also a Personal Training and Healthy Weight Loss & Nutrition Specialist. She believes in being a positive role model for her children and encourages them to pursue their activities and to challenge themselves through competitive sports. They inspired her to obtain her Children's Fitness Training Certificate, which has allowed her to train a number of hockey teams, baseball teams, as well as her most recent addition of the Collingwood Clippers Swim Team. She feels that training and teaching children to develop safe and effective exercise habits will encourage them to lead lifelong healthy lifestyles. Fitness has no age limit.

Joe

Joe is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with many years of experience in various training disciplines. His extensive fitness journey has encompassed powerlifting, running, and sports conditioning, culminating in participation in a range of running events and squash tournaments. A firm believer in the holistic benefits of fitness training for a healthy and fulfilling life, Joe has spent the past decade immersed in learning and expanding his knowledge in this field. With certifications as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, Joe is currently in the final year of pursuing a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.

Certifications: CanfitPro Certified Personal Training Specialist, ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach, Precision Nutrition PN1 Certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid

Coach Ryan Shanahan combines decades of fitness expertise with cutting-edge training techniques to help men and women aged 40-80+ move better, feel younger, and live pain-free.

  • Learned advanced bodywork and stretching techniques from Cirque du Soleil.

  • Trained elite athletes from the NFL, NHL, and Olympics.

  • Named “The Kettlebell King” by Men’s Health magazine in 2013.

Athletic Experience

  • Member of the Canadian Duathlon National Team, competing at the World Championships in Atlanta.

  • Played Professional Hockey, career halted by injury.

  • Competed in Natural Bodybuilding and Mixed Martial Arts Competitions.
