Here is some useful information to prep you for a successful first baby & me swim!
are you and your child registered in our system?
If not, please make sure that you register both yourself and your little one in our system (to ensure a waiver form has been completed).
Please note that the your child should be enrolled in the “class”. The same guardian/parent does not need to attend each week. We ask that you let our front desk know if someone else is attending and you make sure that the registration link is completed below. There are no additional charge to send an alternative guardian to the class.

Arrival Time
You should arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class (preferably swim ready).
ITEMS TO BRING
Bathing suit
Bag for bathing suit (optional)
Towel
Swim Diapers (mandatory for all babies participating)
Hair elastic or swim cap (mandatory if applicable)
PFD (if applicable)
Goggles (optional)
Flip flops (optional but suggested)
Swim Toys (if you wish, we will provide some as well)
WHAT TO EXPECT
The parent/guardian attending the class should arrive swim ready (in bathing suit) no more than 10 minutes before the first swim.
You and your child will be welcomed in the front lounge by a Lemonade Collective representative.
You may leave the child's car seat (if applicable) and your belongings in the pool room along the wall for easy access.
There are lockers available for use (if preferred), please bring your own lock.
Lemonade Collective is an indoor shoe only facility. No outdoor shoes will be permitted past the front vestibule, please bring indoor shoes (if you'd like). Slippers are available at the front.
There are limited bathroom and shower facilities at Lemonade Collective, please be patient.
For Breastfeeding mamas, you are welcome to feed wherever you feel most comfortable. If you would prefer some privacy there is a chair in the Powder Room (off of the women’s bathroom).
A changing table is located in the last Change Room stall.
Flex Pass Holders
There are a couple of ways you can use your Flex Pass. Booking is easy and can be done online up to 15 minutes before your desired session, or by reaching out to our friendly front desk staff via phone or email.
We understand that flexibility is key for busy parents, so we've got two fantastic options for you:
Option 1 / Reserve Your Spot in Advance
With this choice, you'll have peace of mind knowing you have a guaranteed spot for each class you select.
Option 2 / Reserve Your Spot Day-Of
Spontaneity is your style? No problem! You can secure a spot on the day of the class. Please note that capacities still apply so these spots are limited, but we've designated a certain number of spots specifically for Flex Pass holders.
No matter which option you choose, we're here to make sure your Baby & Me Open Swim experience is as enjoyable and convenient as possible.
NOTE: Flex passes MUST be used by November 2nd, 2023 and can not roll over to the next session.
Photography
We want you to capture the special moments by taking pictures, but not everyone wants to be in your picture. We ask you to respect the other members by ensuring no one, aside from your child are in your photos. Remember to tag Lemonade Collective, as we’d love to see your photos!
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES:
A “class” can be cancelled prior to arrival due to unforeseen circumstances by Lemonade Collective without loss of a lesson. A make-up will be offered to replace the missed “class” at the end of the session.
REFUND POLICIES:
Please note you are welcome to swap Guardians/Parents for these “classes” for no additional charge. If a booked class is cancelled by the participant then the class is lost and no reimbursement will be issued.
