If you’re looking to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchasing. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom order return request must be reviewed/approved by Lemonade Collective.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (if applicable).
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Under garments and bathing suits can not be returned.
Purchases during 2022 November & December exchanges are extended to January 14th, 2023.
